A complete set of application material as well as school information is available from the Admissions Department throughout the school year.

Registration Requirements:

• Fill out application form
  • Available on-line, PDF or at our Admissions Department
• Download PDF application form
• Recent photograph
• Copy of Birth Certificate
• Copy of current and previous school year report cards

We welcome all inquiries and would be pleased to arrange an appointment for you at your convenience.

For locals:
A personal interview will be scheduled through Admissions Department at your convenience upon completion of registration requirements.
